I'm a model here at JC in Seattle. I wanted to take some time to write about my experience at JC. Since I've signed with their agency, I've had many opportunities come my way. I've already met with one of the top modeling agencies, Wilhelminia. Soon, I will be flying to New York City to further that opportunity. Throughout my time here I have made many friends and have never been met with anything but smiling faces. My experience at JC has been one I'm grateful for and have enjoyed thoroughly. Thank You!

Class has never been so much fun. I look foward to coming to class every single week. The classes are so informative, educational and fun. For the first time, "school" is somewhere that I want to be!

The acting class with John Fantasia at John Casablancas was the step up I was looking for. It was even worth the 85 miles I traveled each way to attend. John Fantasia really delved into new techniques and clarified auditions. Much of the work in class was focused on internalizing our work, which led to major improvements in everyone’s pieces. Fantasia really teaches, no holds barred. He tells you the truth about your performances good or bad, which allows you to learn from your mistakes and successes and grow as an actor. I am in the John Casablanca Modeling & Career center in Seattle. I am curently in training for acting and modeling. I really look forward to everyone of my classes, the three hours is so much fun and you learn a lot. The trainers aren't just there to teach you; they are there to help. The staff is really cool and not all uptight but fun and easy to talk to.I think that John Casablancas training and the staff have helped me with a lot of things like to be me and not try and be someone I'm not and to just relax and don't worry about what people think or are saying and just do your best.

Hi! My name is Chelsea and I am currently a student at JC in Seattle, WA. When I first tried out for JC I was very scared since I have never done anything like this. I was so worried I wouldn't make it or they wouldn't like me. I'm normally a very shy person and they have helped me to feel more confident in myself. They have already taught me many things to help me in my everyday life, for example make-up and hair. My friends have even noticed the changes like saying "Wow, Chelsea, you look really different". I'm only a few weeks into classes and I can't wait for the rest because I know it will help me more and more for my future career and today.

JC teaches you everything you need to know about modeing and acting, but they make it fun. The wonderful staff members there teach my class walking, turning, nutrition, makeup, communication and so much more. Most teens grow up watching many tv shows especially today. For me I loved watching America's Next Top Model and 8th and Ocean. Watching these shows sparked an interest in me to want to become a model myself, but not only be a model but to grow out of my shell because I am a very shy, quiet person. When I first became interested I looked up modeling agencies up online and I called John Casablancas. When they answered the phone they sounded really nice and that they cared. The next day I went to my audition. I was very nervous when I went, never modeled or walked the runway before and never really acted. It was scary the first time reading lines and walking down the runway, but I loved doing it even though I was scared it was fun. I went home excited for it, and I got a call back. I went back the following week and the staff there was very welcoming and really helped me out. I got into the agency. I have a older sister and she was sick the day of auditions and missed it, my mom and I showed Paula her picture and she was given another chance to audition. I went back with my sister for her audition and everyone there seem to know me and I felt like it was a good place to be and that I would like it there. Now it has been a month since then and I have started classes on Saturday and my sis has started on Thursday. I believe that these classes will help me reach my goal of becoming a model. So far I have learned so much there, how to apply make-up, skin care, walking and poses, and dieting. Not being in the class very long I feel that I have already started to come out of my shell a little bit but as time progresses and I finish my classes I will be a more outgoing person and be able to stand in front of a class and not be nervous to give a presesentation. I think John Casablancas is a great place and I have grown and changed for the better from it.

John Casablancas is one of the most amazing places ever. I am a student there and it is wonderful. When I first came in for my audition I was very nervous because I'm a shy person. But once I got there everyone was really nice and made me feel really comfortable. Agan, when I started comming in for my classes I was nervous because I was not sure what my teachers where going to be like, what my classmates where going to be like or anything about the classes at all. When I met my first teacher Matt I was so releived because he made all of us feel at home and comfortable. I remember the first thing we did was he took us around to introduce us to people,everyone was really nice! My classmates are awesome they are so nice and we are all like sisters, like bestfriends, we have all became very close since we have started the classes! The classes are very informative. I have learned many things. These classes have made me come out of my shell and I am not as shy. Before, it was hard for me to stand up in front of other people but now I can just get up there and do it like its no problem. I love John Casablancas. They are so professional, fun, informative, and caring all in one. I don't think you could ever find any better!

Most girls or guys growing up always has that famous someone they’ve always looked up to or would dream to be like. And I’ve always had a love for fashion and would always dream to be a famous model like the ones in commercials, runway shows, or in magazines. Well, John Casablancas helped me learn to apply make-up, walk the runway with poses and turns, gave me simple tips on keeping your body healthy, and so much more. The staff in the program are encouraging and always friendly as well. Learning all of this helped me take a step closer of what I’ve always wanted to do and experience. It's been a year since I first started, and I’ve experienced some hair shows and a runway show which all of them were exciting to go through. I also met tons of amazing people while I do all the shows which is always fun. I wouldn’t have gone through it all if I didn’t go to John Casablancas and I’m grateful that I have. Over all, its been quite an experience for me and its nice doing something you‘ve always wanted to do, when I’ve never even imagine that I would be able to get a chance of persuing.

To Whom This May Concern, Our names are Beatrice and Nick , we are the parents of Kayla. She is a student at The John Casablancas Center in Seattle, Wa. We are writing to let you know how proud we are of our daughter. She has done so much better since she has joined the Center. We started to see the differences in her the first day after her audition. She was being her normal self. The nervous type of person that lives to worry. She felt she wouldn’t be called back because she thought she did badly. To her and our surprise she was called back and she was enrolled into classes. After she started she was always smiling, we saw very few bad moods out of her. She wasn’t able to keep the happiness inside for too long, she had to let it burst out and share it with others. She has always been the type of person that loves to make people happy and for someone to put the hugest smile on our daughters face made us feel joy too and we couldn’t help but to smile right along with her. Kayla couldn’t wait to tell everyone of the new things she was experiencing. We love sitting down and just listing about her Saturdays learning new things(only if she was this into doing Math work in school). We hear what she says and she has never spoken about something with such enthusiasm. She is the person we always thought she could be, she just need the little boost to break the shell. We believe that she will go far in this business and we will be there right by her side while she spreads her wings and learns to fly. My name is Kayla and I am a student at the John Casablancas Center in Seattle. The way I found the Center was actually easy. I had tried out for the school play and I was stuck with props, I was feeling emotional so I went on the Internet. I looked up acting for teens on Goggle search. I saw a place where I could fill out an application so I did. I submitted it and I thought to myself" no one is going to call me back." With my weight and short height, I felt most people wouldn't even give me a second look. So a few days later someone called for me and my Mom thought it was the Art Institute of Seattle because I had to do an interview there. I called the place back and asked for Natalie, which just happened to be the person that called for me. I went to the Center one Saturday and I did my audition. I thought they wouldn't call me back and they did and I started classes the next week. My parents are very strict on my growing up so fast. On things such as dating at 16 or wearing make-up at 15. So I got to learn how to apply make-up and to do my hair. I also learned how to put a mask on the right way. My Mom wasn't a girlie-girl so she isn't into make up and things of that matter. I have also learned television skills which is a part of communications along with speaking in front of people which I had problems with and I am more confident in myself now. I think the best thing about being with John Casablancas, would have to be that it brought me confidence that I never had. Now that I show this confidence, people show me more respect and they believe that I am actually going to make it in whatever I want to do. Which makes me feel well inside and helps me carry myself better on the outside. I have never felt so good, just so happy that I have found something that defines me as a person. This is definitely a Cinderella story come true.

My experience at John Casabancas is great. I love all the people there. I didn't expect to meet such wonderful people who are so smart and help you learn easily. If you need help they are willing to give time to you. The learning process is great. I learned my turns and stage direction in 1 day. Wow I love it here. I was shy when I first came but after meeting by classmates and my teachers they were like my best friends.I felt like this is a place I can live at for the rest of my life. I don't know why I would leave this agency. There is nothing you can say that makes this agency look bad. I always have fun. I think its great to have fun while learning because then you will get more into it and you will be totally focused and leave with a smile on your face.

I really enjoy my classes because I know that whenever I am going there I am learning something not only new but useful! Thanks to the classes, I have a general knowledge of the business of modeling and acting. I am more confident also because because I don't feel lost, I learned some specific terms only used in the modeling and acting business, I learned skills that will definetly be required if I do get in the industry. I also got tips from the instructors, tips that will help me in specific situations. I am really glad that I enrolled in these classes because of what I learned and the way I learned it in John Casalancas is the best way!!!! Some instructors are so smily it is impossible to not enjoy the class and come out of it without a smile( I am thinking of Melonie). The atmosphere is great, the instructors are supporting, helpful and always available if i need to ask them a question. The program is really organised... I JUST LOVE IT!!!

I never thought of being a model or an actor, all though my mother always pursuaded me into it. I did dedicate myself to dancing, and I have over ten years of experience in ballet. However, I always enjoyed improvising in front of the mirror and spent hours dreaming of something big. Until I heard from my close friend that she got a job in modeling and she LOVES it!!! I was so curious so I asked her with what agency she was with, and within one moment I was talking about my taking classes with one of the agents at John Casablancas. Aaron was ever so nice. He even took a look at my dance video that I had choreographed myself. I have only been with John Casablancas for two months but I am loving it. Now I can enjoy myself improvising in the front of the mirror and in the front of the crowd, where not only can I see myself as a future talent but my friends, my family and my supportive agency. I have so much hope and many dreams that I could share with not only myself but with the world. Now I'm confident and know for sure that my future career will be model/actress/producer and a dance choreographer. Why not try it, because I think that everyone has that little hope and dream which could build into a big dream career. I know I had found mine! Thank you John Casablancas!
